A lovely package from Loquat arrived my home. Thank you, you are the best! (Matchbox fits to your album so much, :D)
Today is my fathers funeral. Very cheerful man, he was always an optimist. One of his favorites movies was “Dreams” by KUROSAWA Akira. And the most favorite scene in this movie was the funeral scene: a bright and cheerful funeral in a Japanese symbolic village, without mourning and tears. Because everything comes from nature and goes to nature. There is no farewell.
My fathers funeral is today in a forest, in the midst of nature.
I invite you to play this scene and to take part of the funeral of my father. Without mourning. Without farewell. But lighthearted. And everywhere on this planet.
Nacht-Eil. Fort-Eil.
Куда-то вдаль.
About a mile.
Dahin dahin, wo die Zitronen wohnen!
Geometrie of my verwahrlost mind
Is unsurveyed.
You care about your body,
But not about your mind.
Какого смыла ради?
Ganz sinnlos, wie es scheint.
Your body ist vergänglich,
Но ewig ist your Geist.
Vergiß о сутях бренных.
Your sense would have sufficed.
Sure, people say “mens sana
Hypochondrie обманна.
И в этом весь подвох.
Got a new wonderful letter from “Letters in the Mail”-Project (The Rumpus). This week - by Emily Rapp. A letter about letters. Very vivid and intimate at the same time. Enjoyed it. Now writing the answer.
Got the first “Letter in the Mail”. This time - by Stephen Elliott. Looks phantastic. A haptic printed communication. My plan: read them. Re-read them. Answer them.
